Profits

Shop owners control their store pricing , shipping, and tax costs. All profits are directly paid to the shop owner from customer through preferred payment apps listed on storepage. It is up to the shop owner to process orders, payments, and keep in contact with the customers.

Sales

Shop owners set discounts on products, and time-sensitive promotions. All store promotions/discounts must be emailed including:

• Product Image
• Sale Price
• Time-period of the sale/promotion
• Any special messages to include on storefront

Restricted Items

• Boutique Vendor Mall bands the selling of drugs, narcotics, and illegal substances outlawed by the United States Federal Government.
• The selling of toxic gases, radioactive material, Infectious substances, explosive materials, and substances dangerous when wet.

  Alcohol beverages can be sold only by vendor shops with active liquor licenses obtain by Secretary of State, or government issued offices. Shop Owners must be over 21 years old, and the alcoholic product must be sold ONLY to customers over 21 years old on the day of the purchase.

  Weapons, and firearms: assault weapons and accessories, bullets and casings, gun powder, fireworks and grenades, switchblades and throwing stars, brass, plastic, or metal knuckles including spiked keychains or rings, and billy clubs or bludgeons.

  Human Parts & Burial Artifacts

  Gambling and lottery items

  Violence, Intolerance, and Hate: Boutique Vendor Mall does not allow products that graphically portray, promote, incite or glorify hatred, violence, victims of violence, racial, sexual or religious intolerance or promote organizations with such views.
  
  Child Abuse and Exploitation

• Products that depict child abuse/exploitation
• Products intended for use by children that contains adult content, profanity and/or sexual references
• Products depicting children or characters resembling children in a sexually suggestive manner
• Products marketed to or targeted at kids or teenagers that are age-inappropriate

  A warning is given to shop owners if the content intended to be use for publishing violates the handbook. If the vendor continues on the same course of action, Boutique Vendor Mall has the right to terminate the vendor’s shop at will in the middle of term cycle with no refund-issued.

   

  What is Boutique Vendor Mall responsible for?

  Boutique Vendor Mall is responsible for hosting, and maintenance the website, and listing approved products by shop owners. Boutique Vendor Mall does not receive any profits made by shop owners. Our company markets, and advertise on major platforms to drive attraction for shop owners. Business owners are responsible for campaign advertising fees paid upon registration. Shop owners can select which advertising campaign works best for their shop needs.

  Term Renewals

  Term renewals are sent out  1-2 weeks before the end of the current-term selected. Vendors accounts will automatically renew for the same term length cycle if store owners do not opt out of next advertising cycle with the credit/debit card on file.

  Boutique Vendor Mall has the right to modify, and edit the handbook at any given time without notice.
