Our Trainee Program is designed for those new to the notary field. As a Trainee Mobile Notary Signing Agent, you’ll gain hands-on experience and learn the essentials of the profession from our experts.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Shadow experienced notaries to learn signing procedures.
- Assist with document preparation and client interactions.
- Attend signing appointments to gain practical experience.
- Qualifications:
- Enthusiasm for the notary profession.
- Willingness to complete training and certification.
- Reliable transportation and availability for appointments.
COMPENSATION: Earn $75.00 - $200.00 per loan signing, depending on the type of document package and location. Flexible scheduling allows agents to complete multiple signings daily.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform remote loan signing appointments with clients. Provide notarial services, including witnessing signatures and administering oaths. Ensure compliance with notarial laws and regulations.
Travel to various locations as needed to meet clients and conduct signings.
MUST be a U.S. citizen. High school diploma or equivalent. Clear a background check.
Possess Notary Public Certification obtained through state-specific education and exams, demonstrating knowledge of notarial laws and regulations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: High-speed Internet connection. Dependable computer with camera and microphone. Home office setup. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed.
