Notary Signing Agent Services (https://notarysigningagentservices.com) is now looking for a Remote Mobile Notary Signing Agent to work in the U.S. only.
JOB TYPES: Part-time/Full-time
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure all loan closing documents are notarized accurately and in compliance with state laws and lender requirements.
- Work closely with borrowers, lenders, and title companies to facilitate smooth closings, offering clear guidance and answering questions.
- Schedule and travel to borrowers' locations for in-person signings, ensuring timely completion of appointments.
- Confirm the identity of all signers, ensuring proper documentation and legal compliance.
- Securely manage and execute all signed documents, promptly returning them to the lender or title company.
BACKGROUND:
- MUST be a U.S. citizen. High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certified Notary Public, meeting all state or regional requirements, including any necessary bonds or insurance, with additional certification as a Notary Signing Agent.
- Prior experience in notarizing loan closing documents, with a strong understanding of mortgage and real estate transactions.
- High level of accuracy in reviewing and notarizing loan documents to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effectively coordinating with borrowers, lenders, and title companies.
- Ability to manage appointments, travel schedules, and document handling efficiently, ensuring timely loan closings.
- Competence in using digital tools and platforms for remote notarization, document management, and secure communication.
- Access to dependable transportation for traveling to various locations for in-person signings.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Strong Internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace. Video-enabled computer with reliable access to necessary software.
COMPENSATION: Agents typically earn $200 to $500 daily, based on their performance and volume of work.
