Position Overview:
Notary Signing Agent Service (notarysigningagentservices.com.com) is seeking a detail-oriented, dependable, and professional Consultant for Mobile Notary Signings. This position involves providing notarial services on-site, ensuring that all legal documents are notarized accurately and in compliance with applicable laws. The ideal candidate will have experience in performing mobile notary signings, excellent organizational skills, and a strong commitment to customer service. This role offers flexibility and autonomy, allowing you to manage your own schedule while delivering high-quality service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform Mobile Notary Signings:
Travel to clients’ locations to notarize a variety of documents, including loan documents, real estate contracts, powers of attorney, affidavits, and other legal documents.
Verify the identity of signers and ensure that they are signing the documents voluntarily and without coercion.
Accurately complete notarial certificates and securely store all notarized documents in compliance with state laws.
Client Communication & Support:
Provide clear, professional communication with clients, ensuring they understand the notary process and are prepared for the signing.
Address any client questions regarding document notarization while adhering to legal boundaries of the notarial role.
Offer superior customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing follow-up as needed.
Document Handling and Security:
Handle notarized documents with care and ensure that they are securely delivered back to the client or their designated recipient.
Maintain proper records of all notarizations performed, including a log of dates, client details, and document types.
Ensure the confidentiality of all signed documents and personal information in accordance with industry standards and legal regulations.
Compliance with Laws and Procedures:
Stay up-to-date on local and national notary laws, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Follow all prescribed notarial procedures, including document verification, signature witnessing, and completion of notarial certificates.
Ensure proper storage and record-keeping of documents in line with legal and company requirements.
Scheduling and Time Management:
Independently manage a flexible schedule, prioritizing appointments based on client urgency and travel logistics.
Communicate effectively with clients to arrange signing times and locations, accommodating their availability.
Arrive on time and fully prepared for all notary appointments.
Quality Control:
Ensure that all documents are complete and accurate before notarizing, catching any errors or discrepancies early.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
Valid Notary Public Commission: Must be a commissioned notary public in the state where services are performed.

Earnings:
Earn $75.00 - $200.00 per loan signing, depending on the type of document package and location. Flexible scheduling allows agents to complete multiple signings daily.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform remote loan signing appointments with clients. Provide notarial services, including witnessing signatures and administering oaths. Ensure compliance with notarial laws and regulations.
Travel to various locations as needed to meet clients and conduct signings.
MUST be a U.S. citizen. High school diploma or equivalent. Clear a background check.
Possess Notary Public Certification obtained through state-specific education and exams, demonstrating knowledge of notarial laws and regulations.
